The first thing I need is to connect Tidio to my WhatsApp. However, while attempting this, I ran into an issue with my Facebook account having multiple business portfolios — I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Most of these portfolios need to be deleted, as I’m currently at the limit and unable to create a new one.
Additionally, my business Facebook page is currently linked to the wrong portfolio. This will need to be transferred to the new portfolio we’re planning to create.
Once the new portfolio is set up, I want WhatsApp connected to Tidio, with the AI properly configured to understand my business.
