I currently manage multiple business portfolios, but some are no longer needed. When I try to create a new portfolio, I’m running into an issue — it’s asking me to remove an existing one first.
My goal is to create a new portfolio, link a Facebook Business page to it, and then connect it to WhatsApp using the Tidio AI chatbot. If you’re able to assist with this setup via screen share, that would be really helpful.
