I seek a conceptual design and a sketch of a master plan for a sustainable industrial park layout on a 150-hectare land parcel.
An area of 2 hectares has already been mapped out for an EV factory and a separate area of 5 hectares has already been mapped out for a knowledge hub/innovation centre.
There is already a proposed factory design but no design for the 5 hectares for the knowledge hub. This area should include a lot of landscaping and incorporation of sustainable features. The design should maximise land usage through efficient clustering of buildings while ensuring compliance with all relevant zoning and environmental regulations. Proposed projects should include a live-work-play model. Factories, shops, training centres, hotel, football pitch, gardens, water features, drone building centre, etc
Green spaces must be incorporated throughout to improve aesthetics and employee well-being. Renewable energy and water conservation should be primary considerations. Design aspects like dedicated cycling/walking paths, electric vehicle charging stations and on-site organic waste management need reflection. Site terrain, soil conditions, drainage, and proximity to transport hubs will influence placement of structures and infrastructure.
Project goals include minimizing carbon footprint, reducing long-term operational costs and boosting employee productivity. A 3D model or rendering displaying the proposed layout would strengthen bids. Qualified applicants should have past experience designing industrial/commercial complexes with sustainability in mind.
Samples of previously completed similar projects highlighting implemented sustainable features may be included. I seek an innovative, functional and eco-friendly design aligned with my vision of a model green industrial park.
Final approval will be subject to a satisfactory preliminary design presentation substantiating how proposal achieves sustainability and maximizes benefits for all stakeholders. I welcome thoughtful bids from experts confident of delivering an optimal layout balancing development and environment.
