Nearby dining options are also important to include an on-property restaurant offering healthy meals along with a café promoting relaxation and informal meetups.
Office and lab spaces form an essential part of the project. A business incubation center will support startups through shared work areas and services. A modern research facility equipped for innovation must equally feature to encourage scientific collaboration. Landscaped gardens, walkways and open spaces will envelope the buildings providing visitors tranquility amid their busy schedules.
