I require assistance with general administrative tasks and project support for my small business. Some key responsibilities will include managing emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner, maintaining organized electronic filing systems, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking meeting notes, and assisting with other ad hoc administrative projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support services, proficiency with Google Workspace apps, and strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests are essential. Confidentiality is important as you may have access to sensitive business information. The work is remote but you must be available during core business hours in the United States Pacific Time Zone. Experience with customer service, discretion, and creating and maintaining spreadsheets are plusses. This is a part-time, contract role with an initial 3-month term and possibility of extension. The goal is to take some administrative workload off my plate to free up more time for strategic initiatives.
