About the Project I’m building a personalised coaching and self-discovery tool. This system will automate the process from quiz → insight generation → report delivery, and guide users into tailored offerings (e.g., courses, memberships, 1:1).
What I Need Help With I’m looking for someone who can collaborate with me to structure, build, and automate the full delivery pipeline.
This includes:
Translating pre-written logic (archetypes + traits) into structured rules Creating a scalable logic backend using tools like Airtable or Notion Setting up automation flows using Zapier or Make (Integromat) Connecting form tools (Tally/Typeform) with AI (OpenAI API / GPT) Generating dynamic reports (Google Docs, PDF, or Notion-style delivery)
Ideal Skills Strong experience with Airtable or similar logic-based databases Familiarity with Zapier or Make (Integromat) for automation flows Experience working with OpenAI / GPT-4 API to generate personalized outputs Ability to structure conditional logic cleanly and thoughtfully
Deliverables Airtable or logic hub of all insight combinations Fully working automation that accepts input, generates insight, and delivers a report Templates for AI prompts based on user traits Integration with my front-end (or handoff-ready setup)
