We are a small law firm in Croatia seeking an experienced professional to help us build a streamlined customer relationship management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, and web scraping tools.
**Responsibilities:**
- Migrate and optimize our SharePoint database for CRM.
- Use Microsoft Copilot to automate document generation, data organization, and team workflows.
- Scrape contact details of attorneys, banks, leasing companies, and insurance firms.
- Set up automated email campaigns using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Ensure GDPR compliance in all processes.
**Requirements:**
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint.
- Experience in web scraping tools like Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) or Octoparse.
- Familiarity with email automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
