I need a mobile app that pople can use to connect viliges and towns. Not cities though, there's plenty of connectivity in cities.
The type of connection must be IPsec over TTPT
The purpose of the app is to transfer towns data between towns. The towns don't have to be next to each other. If there's 2 towns with a city between. the data must go around the city. All houses in each town must be able to recive the data, regardless of how many bedrooms each house has.
The app must take payment from the person/house sending the data and so there has to be a way of setting up an account. I can provide database details, it already exists.
If anyne living in any of the houses has false teeth then they must wear a red t-shirt when operating the app and it must charge them extra for sending data.
This needs to be completed within 24 hours. Budget is £6 so please don't quote above it. Feel free to ask questions but please don't involve yourself if you don't know what a towns app is, I don't have the time to explain it and so looking for someone who has previously developed a towns app.
