Built using Microsoft technologies, the software currently suffers from occasional bugs and performance issues that require timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise programming in C++, preferably with several years' experience developing and maintaining similar business applications.
This ongoing role requires diagnosing and fixing any defects or crashes reported by our clients. You will work closely with our product team to quickly resolve high priority issues via debugging, testing, and deploying fixes. Looking ahead, your skills will help optimize application workflows, improve features, and incorporate new functionality to meet evolving user needs.
Strong documentation and communication skills are essential to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks are a must. As the sole developer allocated to this project, dependable and flexible work habits will be important to keep the software running smoothly.
