Your Role * Collaborate with Editors: Coordinate the timely delivery of raw materials to editors and follow up to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. * Team Coordination: Work closely with the social media team to foster collaboration and efficiency. * Recruit and Grow Talent: Attract, onboard, and manage new team members, building a dynamic and innovative social media team. * Content Planning: Strategically plan and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to maintain consistency and drive engagement. * Attention to Detail: Oversee the quality of posts and materials, ensuring that every detail aligns with our mission and standards.
