I’m a freelance Google Ads manager looking to collaborate with a tracking specialist on an ad-hoc basis. I need an expert in conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc, to assist with setting up, troubleshooting, and optimising tracking for my clients.
Responsibilities: - Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking for Google Ads - Configuring and managing Google Tag Manager - Linking and integrating Google Analytics (GA4) with Google Ads - Implementing event tracking and custom conversions - Diagnosing and resolving tracking discrepancies - Ensuring accurate data collection for reporting and optimisation - Liaising with web developers to implement tracking where necessary
Requirements: - Proven experience with Google Ads tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills - Familiarity with consent mode and privacy-compliant tracking setups - Ability to communicate clearly and explain tracking issues/solutions - Availability to assist on an hourly basis as needed
