I’m looking for a meta paid advertising expert to help grow an engaged Instagram community. We will be releasing one reel a week and need an expert to help us focus the ad spend behind this reel. Specifically, the targeting and profiling of audience so that ad spend is maximised in terms of: follower growth (cost per follower), and future engagement (post follow).
Note: The reels will be produced without your input- feedback is welcome (we do not want help producing content!)
The focus is on increasing follower count AND attracting an engaged audience—people who actively engage with the content and show continued support.

If this is something you can do, we’d love to hear how you would approach this. Specifically:
• How do you measure success beyond follower count? What key metrics do you focus on? And how do you measure engagement?
• How do you maximise Ad spend? What is your target cost per follow?
• How do you zero in and work out the right profiles to target?
• What strategies would you use to ensure new followers actively engage with the content?
• What steps would you take us through to implement an effective strategy?
