Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks We're seeking a reliable and experienced freelance Commercial Property Manager/Assistant to manage essential maintenance and compliance tasks. This role requires someone who can:
Organise and schedule contractors for property maintenance. Understand and implement fire safety regulations. Ensure properties meet all safety standards. Obtain insurance quotes and manage documentation. Review and interpret lease agreements to determine maintenance responsibilities. Maintain accurate records of completed and required works (spreadsheets).
Requirements:
Experience in commercial property management. Ability to assess and prioritise maintenance needs. Knowledge of fire safety and compliance regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently.
Time Commitment: Initially, a project of 10-20 hours.
Potential for ongoing work, approximately 1 hour per day, to maintain documentation and manage ongoing tasks.
