As our agent, your primary responsibilities will include developing sourcing strategies to attract qualified passive and active job seekers, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to advance top prospects. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand open positions and ideal candidate qualifications. Maintaining positive relationships with referral sources both internal and external to our company will aid your recruiting efforts.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills are paramount as you will be the key liaison between candidates and our hiring teams. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases is preferred to streamline processes. The ability to multi-task and prioritize placement of multiple openings simultaneously is essential.
This role requires a consultative, solution-oriented approach as you partner with leadership to match the right talent to the correct roles. Building rapport and establishing trust with prospects to sell them on the opportunity and our culture will lead to successful placements. Strong negotiation abilities will help extend offers within budget parameters.
