My accounts have been overdue for quite a few years. My accountant, who was also taking care of my books had vanished and now that the accoutns are over due and I don't have any of my records, I'm struggling to find an accountant who can help. I'm also completely broke and quite desperate. I keep losing leads to my business because people take a look at companies house and see how over due the accounts are.
