Objective We are seeking a data-driven analyst to review and interpret survey data to extract key insights, identify customer trends, and define clear buyer personas for our brand Just Geek. This project will help us better understand our customers’ motivations, preferences, and behaviors, enabling more targeted marketing strategies. Scope of Work 1. Data Review & Cleaning ○ Go through all collected survey data and clean inconsistencies. ○ Identify any missing or incomplete responses that may impact analysis. 2. Data Analysis & Trend Identification ○ Analyze responses to identify common themes, key behaviors, and preferences. ○ Look for trends in purchasing behavior, demographics, brand engagement, and product preferences. ○ Compare differences between Just Geek and SEGA Shop Europe audiences. 3. Buyer Persona Development ○ Develop distinct customer personas based on survey findings. ○ Define key characteristics such as: ■ Age, location, and demographics ■ Shopping habits and motivations ■ Product interests (e.g., collectibles, apparel, gaming merchandise) ■ Engagement with digital marketing channels (email, social, paid ads) ■ Loyalty and repeat purchasing behavior 4. Actionable Insights & Recommendations ○ Summarise key takeaways from the data. ○ Provide recommendations on how these insights can be applied to marketing strategies, including content targeting, email segmentation, and advertising optimization.
