Scope of Work:
1. Substack Audience Growth & Optimization
◼ Increase Substack subscribers organically through high-traction posts and strategic distribution. ◼ Optimize Substack SEO, hashtags, and formatting for better discoverability. ◼ Suggest cross-promotion strategies with other Substack writers, niche influencers, and the Facebook Discussion Group.
2. Facebook Discussion Group Growth & Engagement Strategy
◼ Develop interactive posts (polls, discussions, insights) to trigger engagement in the newly set-up Facebook Discussion Group. ◼ Implement organic growth tactics (inviting niche readers, leveraging Facebook algorithms). ◼ Manage the group to keep conversations flowing and increase community engagement.
◼ Develop and execute a strategy to offer free downloadable teaser chapters as a lead magnet. ◼ (If applicable) Run a Facebook Lead Ad campaign to collect emails from interested readers. ◼ Integrate with Mailchimp or Substack automation to deliver teaser chapters and nurture leads. ◼ Optimize landing pages & sign-up CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
◼ Project Timeline & Budget: Estimated Timeline: 4-6 weeks (depending on campaign success), leading up to the official launch of the two eBooks. Budget: $800 - $1,000 (negotiable based on experience and value provided). Priority: Results-driven growth—building real audience engagement & generating high-quality email sign-ups, ultimately leading to organic ebook sales.
Ideal Candidate Should Have: ◼ Proven experience in growth marketing, audience-building, or book pre-launch campaigns (optional). ◼ Expertise in Substack, Facebook Groups, email marketing, and community engagement. ◼ Knowledge of SEO, engagement-based content strategies, and lead generation. ◼ Ability to create compelling copy, interactive posts, and optimized marketing materials. ◼ Familiarity with Facebook Lead Ads, Threads, and viral marketing tactics is a plus.
