I require the professional services of an experienced accountant to complete the Company Tax return form CT600 for my limited company. The company operates in the e-commerce sector and its accounts for the past financial year need to be compiled and the relevant calculations performed to accurately declare the company's tax liability or claim relevant reliefs and allowances.
You will need experience in working with corporate clients and an understanding of unique accounting and tax issues faced by limited companies. Reviewing the trial balance, extracting income/expenditure figures and allocating them to the appropriate boxes on the CT600 is essential. Calculating turnover, taxable profits, claimable R&D relief if applicable, and administering PAYE/NIC obligations will also be part of this engagement.
Adhering to HMRC submission deadlines is critical. Your bid should demonstrate familiarity with corporation tax compliance obligations and proven ability to methodically prepare accurate returns on time. Strong communication and documentation skills are a must to ensure all details pertaining to the company's operations and financials for the year are captured correctly. Experience liaising with clients and HMRC would be valued.
