Description:	Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and create engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook for three distinct brands: - Lebern – A real estate business. - Genesis Network – An aspirational brand for high achievers in real estate. - Whoma – A proptech startup. The ideal candidate will develop content strategies, create compelling visuals and copy, schedule and monitor posts, engage with the audience, and suggest the best social media management software to streamline processes for multiple brands. They will also be responsible for implementing and optimizing the selected tools. ### Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for each brand. - Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, posts, stories, etc.). - Schedule posts and monitor engagement across platforms. - Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement. - Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices. - Research and recommend social media management software to streamline posting, engagement, and analytics across multiple brands. - Implement and set up the selected software, ensuring efficiency and ease of use. - Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals. ### Requirements: - Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in real estate, proptech, or business-related sectors. - Strong writing, content creation, and graphic design skills. - Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. - Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously. ### Benefits: - Flexible work schedule. - Opportunity to work with multiple exciting brands.
