Performance will be measured in quantifiable metrics like leads, website traffic, and subscriber growth. The strategy must align across all digital touchpoints to present a consistent brand experience.
Creativity and testing different approaches will be encouraged to find the most impactful combination of tactics. Semi-monthly status reports will update on progress, insights from analytics and recommendations for optimization. After an initial three-month trial, the plan will be reviewed and augmented based on performance.
