We seek an experienced digital marketer to develop and implement an effective online strategy for customer acquisition. Our current online presence lacks focus and definition, hindering our ability to connect with potential new clients. The successful candidate will analyze our industry, target audience and existing digital assets to craft a comprehensive multi-channel plan.
Key initiatives may include optimizing our website for increased traffic and conversion, launching targeted social media campaigns, developing compelling content to build our brand authority and trust, and exploring audience expansion through search and display advertising. Performance will be measured in quantifiable metrics like leads, website traffic, and subscriber growth. The strategy must align across all digital touchpoints to present a consistent brand experience.
Creativity and testing different approaches will be encouraged to find the most impactful combination of tactics. Semi-monthly status reports will update on progress, insights from analytics and recommendations for optimization. After an initial three-month trial, the plan will be reviewed and augmented based on performance.
Our goal is to draw new customers and deepen engagement with those already aware of our offerings. The right partner will help transform our digital presence into a dynamic lead generation machine through strategic guidance and execution. Candidates preferably have 3-5 years experience designing and implementing successful online marketing campaigns for B2B service firms. Solid written communication and technical skills are a must.
