A newly established franchise business, launching within the UK cleaning sector, seeks a skilled and professional individual to conduct initial discovery calls and manage prospect engagement. This role is critical in identifying and qualifying suitable candidates for franchise ownership.
Client Background:
We are a startup business preparing for its UK launch in May. The business model centres on the sale of local cleaning business franchises. This position will be integral to the company's initial growth and long-term expansion.
Project Scope:
Discovery Call Management: * Receive and manage Calendly bookings for 30-minute introductory "discovery calls" with prospective franchisees. * Conduct professional and structured phone interviews to assess candidate suitability, interest, and financial capability. * Maintain accurate records of each interaction, including key findings and candidate profiles.
Prospect Engagement: * Provide timely and informative follow-up communication via email and phone to discovery call participants. * Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled a discovery call, providing additional information and encouraging engagement. * Respond to enquiries and provide pre-qualification information.
Scheduling and Availability: * Maintain flexible availability during daytime and evening hours to accommodate prospect schedules. * Manage and update the Calendly booking system.
Long-Term Engagement: * This is a long-term position as the franchise network expands. * The volume of work will increase over time, as the brand becomes more well known.
Required Skills and Experience: * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. * Proven experience in conducting customer service calls, phone interviews or sales calls. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Proficiency in using Calendly or similar scheduling tools. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * Professional and courteous demeanour. * Experience with CRM systems is desirable. * Experience in sales or recruitment is desirable.
Project Deliverables: * Consistent and professional discovery calls with prospective franchisees. * Accurate and timely follow-up communication. * Effective management of Calendly bookings. * Regular updates and reports on prospect engagement. * A high conversation rate of prospects to qualified leads and sales.
Project Timeline: * April start, with ongoing engagement. * Initial training and ongoing support will be provided.
Budget and Compensation: * Competitive hourly rate compensation, to be discussed.
