Expected duration: less than 1 week We need a service form system creating on our Monday.com account for our remotely based service engineers in the UK who are attending client sites to service various types of healthcare equipment.
Currently our engineers are completing job tasks using a pre-printed form that they have to fill out by pen with client and equipment details for every piece of equipment they are servicing. This is very time consuming and we would like to automate this by using pre-populated workforms on Monday.com. We envisage a system where customer data is pulled from Monday.com so that each service form is pre-populated and so that the service engineer just needs to go onto the Monday.com app when on site with the client to complete the checklists on each relevant form as they carry out the work.

We recommend that we hold a Teams or Zoom meeting to discuss this project further before commencing. We anticipate that this could be completed in 1-2 days work. Remuneration to be negotiated dependant on experience on Monday.com.
