Job Description: I am looking for a UK-based accountant or bookkeeper to help reconstruct my company's financial records for the last 18 months. The company is going into compulsory liquidation, and I need to organize and prepare final accounts.
Scope of Work: ✅ Reconcile 18 months of transactions (bank statements, invoices, expenses) ✅ Create final Profit & Loss accounts + balance sheet ✅ Prepare final accounts for liquidation submission ✅ Ensure everything is accurate and compliant ✅ Advise on any necessary HMRC/Companies House filings (if needed)
Requirements: ✔️ Experience with UK company accounts & liquidation procedures ✔️ Able to work quickly & efficiently ✔️ Final accounts must be properly formatted for submission
