Project Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Excel/Google Sheets wizard to help us build KPI reports and dashboards that provide clear, insightful, and automated data analysis. Our goal is to track performance metrics efficiently and make data-driven decisions with ease.
Ho it Will Work: My business is split into 4 key functions: Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance. I have a team working in each function. 1. My Staff will upload the business data relating to each department. 2. You take that data and create a KPI report for each function 3. These reports will then be used for our Weekly and monthly reporting
Ongoing Management & Reporting: - I will need the successful candidate to ensure by a set time each week that all the weekly reports are populated and correct. - I will need the successful candidate to ensure by a set time each month that all the monthly reports are populared and correct.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design and develop KPI reports that visualize key business performance indicators ✅ Create dynamic dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets with interactive elements ✅ Implement data validation and error-checking mechanisms to ensure accuracy ✅ Optimize data imports, formatting, and reporting templates for scalability
