- Meal Calendar: View past meals with full history access. - Daily Nutrient Overview: Monitor calorie, protein, carb, and fat intake. - Recently Eaten: Quick access to frequently logged meals. - Meals added to the diary dynamically update daily nutritional targets, ensuring users stay on track.
