Based on user responses, an AI (Gemini, Deepseek, or ChatGPT) estimates daily caloric and macronutrient needs. A meal plan is generated with up to 8 meal slots, depending on user preferences and lifestyle.
3. Diary – Daily Food Tracking
Users can log meals and track progress through a three-section dashboard:
- Meal Calendar: View past meals with full history access. - Daily Nutrient Overview: Monitor calorie, protein, carb, and fat intake. - Recently Eaten: Quick access to frequently logged meals. - Meals added to the diary dynamically update daily nutritional targets, ensuring users stay on track.

Users can log food using:
- Text input (searching a food database or AI-powered recognition) - Voice input (AI interprets spoken meal descriptions) - Image recognition (AI identifies food from photos)
