I need an experienced and qualified architect who has knowledge with London boroughs planning processes, ideally with Harrow Borough.
Requirement: - To draw and submit full building regulation application (including calculations) for a single-storey rear extension.
Property Details: I've had a 3-metre single-storey rear extension completed a couple of years ago and have recently submitted a prior notice application to the council to extend by another 3 metres (so 6 metres in total). The council granted approval on the extension.
I have CAD files available from the previous extension, which need to be updated with the new 3 metre extension drawings and calculations.
This is urgent and need someone who can start asap and have the plans and all documents submitted within 2 weeks.
