We require the construction of agentic agents that can:
1. Use bland.ai or similar. 2. Create a functional tree related to claims questioning. 3. With a full claim type conversation. 4. At the conversation end accrue the answered data. 5. Use webhooks to attach the data to our Dbase. 6. From the Dbase generate appropriate data documents.
The final process will involve a client inputting their mobile number, receiving an agentic agent call, completing the conversation, including the client providing their email contact details with the agent, and that conversation data being web hooked to our dB back end and creating an appropriate document/s, that is then emailed to the client.
