I need a solicitor write and mail a Letter Before Action to and individual regarding a debt claim. The debt in question is regarding a personal loan made from myself to another individual. They were making regular payment but payments stopped in September 2024 and they have refused to make any payments since. I have repeatedly given them informal notice and told them my intention to pursue a claim in small claim court. They have ignored these informal notice and now I would like a formal Letter Before Action. The debt in question is approximately 2.2k.
