Requirements: * Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Canva and similar design software, capable of aligning new content with previous designs. * Video and Social Media Content Creation: Ability to create engaging reels, short videos, and static posts for various social media platforms. * Email Marketing Skills: Proficient in using Mailchimp and capable of working from existing templates. * Deadline Adherence: Must consistently meet agreed deadlines. * Content Planning: Ability to create a content calendar is preferred. * Social Media Platforms: Posts should be crafted for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. * Brand Consistency: Must follow brand guidelines, including maintaining the correct Tone of Voice.
