We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to handle our skincare e-commerce brand, LuminaLabelle.com. You will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our brand’s vision. Create engaging, high-quality posts, reels, and pins that drive engagement and sales. Plan and schedule posts using social media tools. Monitor trends and optimize content based on performance analytics. Engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions. Collaborate with our team to promote sales, new arrivals, and promotions. Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports. Requirements: Proven experience managing social media for e-commerce brands (preferably in beauty or skincare). Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or other tools). Understanding of social media trends and best practices. Experience with analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus.
