Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer proficient in Unreal Engine to join our team as a dedicated bug fixer for our ongoing game development project. As a bug fixer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving bugs, glitches, and other issues that may arise during the game development process. You will work closely with the development team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for our players.
Responsibilities:
Identify and troubleshoot bugs, glitches, and other issues in the game.
Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and isolate bug occurrences.
Work with the development team to develop and implement effective bug fixes.
Test and verify bug fixes to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Document and report bug fixes and resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine updates and features to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bug fixer or similar role in game development.
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and its development tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience with bug tracking systems and issue management tools.
Familiarity with game development life cycle and agile methodologies.
