We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, technical, and creative support to our team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage emails, calendars, and appointments - Handle data entry and maintain records - Assist with customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries - Conduct online research and compile reports - Create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets - Manage social media accounts and schedule posts - Assist with content creation, proofreading, and editing - Perform basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks - Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning - Handle confidential information with discretion
Required Skills & Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role -Strong organizational and time management skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools -Experience with project management and CRM software is a plus -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines -High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
