Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks I have a list of approx 25 hotels in Santiago Chile. I need to organise the placement of a quality business magazine in the hotels for display during an upcoming event at the end of March. I need approx 10 hotels to agree to receive and display the magazines. I can supply an outline brief for making the calls and a list of who would normally make the agreement - which can range from the Front Office Manager up to the General Manager. I have a Google Sheet with all the information and would ask the Freelancer to update the sheet with notes and email addresses for the hotels. I have several hotel agreements already and we do this exercise at many events, so we know the hotels will agree if we can explain it to them and get hold of the correct person. My issue is that I do not speak Spanish so sometimes it has been difficult to explain over the phone and to get hold of the correct person so I can email them.
