We’re a property management and lettings business specialising in HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), though we also manage single lets. We’re seeking an experienced business development professional to assist with two key objectives:
- Expanding our portfolio – Sourcing and securing more properties to take on under our management. We have some ideas on how to acquire them, but this will require your initiative and creativity. - Filling a vacant C2 building – We have a long list of potential companies that might be interested, and we need help targeting and converting them into tenants. We’re looking for someone with proven skills in lead generation, client outreach, or property-related business development. Our aim is to build a quality, long-term working relationship with the right person.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in property management, lettings, or a related field (preferred but not essential). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Creative ideas for filling our C2 building and growing our property portfolio.
