I am looking to have professionally designed name labels created for use in my office and classrooms. There are approximately 50 names that will need labels created for use on desks, mailboxes and storage bins. The labels should have a clean, easy to read font and include the full name as well as a designation of either "Office" or "Classroom" to differentiate between the locations. A colored border or background can be included to make the labels visually appealing but nothing overly complex or distracting as these will be used in a professional office and educational setting.
The names and location descriptors should be center aligned on white Avery labels that are 1" wide by 2" tall to allow for ample space to clearly display each name. Weather resistant vinyl or labels with a laminate coating are preferred so the labels can withstand everyday use and cleaning. The final files should be provided as high resolution PDFs that are print ready and sized to fit the Avery labels.
Attention to detail is important as the labels will represent our brand and first impressions to visitors. The designer should have experience creating custom name and identification labels with a focus on simple, easy to read designs. A portfolio highlighting similar label projects would be beneficial for me to review the quality of past work.
