Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our business objectives, focusing on increasing brand visibility (impressions), fostering meaningful interactions (engagement), and generating qualified leads. Content Creation & Curation: Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform and target audience. Content should be informative, educational, and relevant to insurance products, estate planning, and debt settlement. Specifically, the content should avoid any discussion of investments. Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to capture leads through social media, such as contests, lead magnets, and targeted advertising. Track and report on lead generation metrics. Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, potentially others). Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. Provide regular reports on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities within the insurance and financial planning industry. Compliance: Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. This is crucial in the financial services sector. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on insurance, estate planning, and/or debt settlement. Demonstrable success in increasing social media impressions, engagement, and lead generation. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Crucially: Understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding financial services marketing on social media. Bonus Points:
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
