R Programming Expert for Sensitivity Analysis in Environmental Health Research
We are seeking an R programming expert to conduct a comprehensive series of sensitivity analyses using Generalized Linear Models (GLM) with Negative Binomial regression to assess the relationship between daily PM₂.₅ levels and morbidity rates. Key Responsibilities - Perform sensitivity analyses using GLM with Negative Binomial regression. - Analyze large environmental and health datasets with statistical rigor. - Interpret and summarize statistical findings for scientific discussion. - Conduct a literature review to support the methodology and results. - Present findings in weekly meetings and incorporate feedback. - Prepare a manuscript based on the findings Qualifications - Strong proficiency in R programming, particularly in GLM and Negative Binomial regression models. - Experience in environmental health research, air quality analysis, and epidemiology. - Familiarity with time-series analysis and exposure assessment - Ability to interpret and communicate complex statistical results effectively. - scientific writing skills with experience in manuscript preparation.
