I am looking for a proactive, adaptable, and hands-on Startup PA & Operations Assistant to support me with a brand-new workplace wellbeing startup company that is preparing to launch. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the ground up, where *flexibility* and *initiative* are key.
Key Responsibilities: -Handling emails and general admin tasks. -Managing and scheduling social media content (essential). -Sending out newsletters -Website updates -Supporting with courses and training delivery -Supporting with video editing -Taking initiative and problem-solving as challenges arise. -Learning and adapting to new systems or processes as the business develops.
What I am Looking For: -Someone passionate about workplace well-being, inclusivity, and work culture. -A flexible, hands-on approach as this role requires someone who can jump in where needed. -Strong organisational and written communication skills. -Experience with social media management and content creation. -Ability to work independently and anticipate needs. -Any experience in video editing is a bonus but not essential.
