We are looking for a proactive, open-minded and creative Online Engagement and Sales Specialist to join our team.
Your main responsibility will be to maintain active and meaningful conversations with subscribers, ensuring a high level of interaction throughout your shift, while hitting sales targets. You should be adaptable, quick to respond, and skilled at keeping the conversation flowing naturally. You'll be responsible for effectively managing the profile of our clients and selling digital content to individuals.
Key Responsibilities: Actively engage in conversations and respond promptly. Maintain a consistent and approachable tone in all interactions while using the art of persuasion when needed. Build rapport and keep users engaged through relevant discussions. Be able to drive sales and use various techniques (provided in training) to close sales. Adapt to different communication styles and preferences. Provide feedback to the team to enhance engagement strategies. Keep detailed notes on each subscriber to ensure a personal approach is met.
Requirements: Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to maintain a positive and engaging tone. Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building connections. Reliable and committed to an 6-8-hour shift. Stable internet connection and a reliable device for communication. INFLOWW knowledge a bonus.
Working Hours: 6-8 hours per day, flexible shifts are available. Consistency and punctuality are essential. Training: full training is provided to ensure the brand of the client is kept authentic.
