We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team and help us attract, hire, and retain talented employees. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
Source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Onboarding:
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into their roles.
Provide orientation sessions, training programs, and resources to help employees understand the organization's policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and performance management.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting teamwork.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations related to benefits.
Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
