hi Dear I have plans that got dissapproved by our local plannaning Dept And they have sent me back MODIFICATIONS or CHanges that needed to be done to this very SMALL Job
I prefer to have a AGENCY --whereby there is a Architect, Engineer, Person that can know how to do the MEP . If they agency /person have where we can also go to get a 2 and 3D Animation, and a BILLL OF QUANTITIES Personel,. That would be GREAT so when we have upcoming projects we know where to go to get our Architectural Plans done, Structural, MEP, to list on our BLog to refer more businesses to them/you
Lets not waste each other time

Architectural Plans was submitted using AUTOCAD ( i will see if the Freelancer can give them to me as he said he got in a Accident and need me to get it finished. So that you dont have to Draw it back over

and then a SCREENSHOT -- showing the AMENDMENTS/CORRECTIONS -- that my Local Planning Dept needs done before they can approve it, I will show that below attached
Our PLANNING UNIT/DEPARTMENT-- Does their Planning code based on the INTERNATIONAL CODE Therefore any frelancer who takes up the work knows simply famililar with working on the INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE
Again, please ensure you can SPEAK good English ( PHILIPINOS preferred) as we may need to collaborate verbally if any changes needed in the future
