At Bisedge, we manage our finances using Dynamics 365 - Business Central. We have encountered multiple issues with our current ERP implementation specialist and are seeking a skilled freelancer to support us in restructuring our chart of accounts. The project includes the following tasks:
Assess Current Structure: Review the existing chart of accounts and identify areas that need improvement or restructuring.
Consultation and Planning: Work with our finance team to understand our business needs and ensure the new structure aligns with our financial reporting requirements and operational goals.
Implementation: Develop and implement a revised chart of accounts that improves clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting.
Training and Documentation: Provide training to our finance team on the new structure and ensure comprehensive documentation is available for future reference.
Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions that may arise during the transition period.
