I asked a developer from here to rearrange the categories. In doing so, they deleted the cart and search function at the top of the page.
Attached is what it looks like now, which is still wrong from what I asked, and the other photo is what they deleted.
I at least just need the logo moved to the left a little, the categories moved over as well and then add back in the cart/search function/account that is missing.
