To set up an invite-only WordPress site that allows people to complete a form, pay you for first-round fundraising, and then help create a SAFT agreement with a Smart contract.

PART 1 Step 1: Set Up WordPress 1. Install WordPress
Step 2: Make the Site Invite-Only 1. Set Site Visibility to Private • Go to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Reading. • Under “Search Engine Visibility”, select Discourage search engines. • Use a membership plugin like Restrict Content Pro or Simple Membership to restrict access. 2. Use a Password Protection Plugin • Password Protected (free plugin) lets you require a password for access. • My Private Site allows you to limit access only to logged-in users. 3. Invite Users Manually • Use WP User Manager to create user roles. • Manually send invite links via email or use an invite-only plugin like Invitation Codes for WooCommerce.
Step 3: Add a Payment & Form System 1. Install a Form Plugin • Use Gravity Forms, WPForms, or Fluent Forms. • Create a fundraising application form with: • Name, email, investment amount. • Terms agreement checkbox. 2. Enable Payments • Stripe/PayPal integration (via WPForms or Gravity Forms). • If using WooCommerce, enable the “Pay for Membership” option. 3. Auto-Approve or Review Submissions • You can manually review applications or automatically approve them.
Step 4: Send Exclusive Invites • Use MailPoet or FluentCRM to send private invitation emails. • Generate unique invite codes with the “Invitation Codes” plugin.
Step 5: Add Security & Trust • Use SSL for security (enabled via hosting). • Add reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. • Install WP Security plugins like Wordfence.
Step 6: Test & Launch • Test the invite process, form submission, and payments. • Create a landing page with a video or details about the opportunity. • Soft launch with a small group first.
PART 2 Setup a SAFT agreement ( background info can be found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpsegda6gvo) Draft SAFT agreement with basic legal coverage. Set token vesting & lock-up to prevent dumping upon launch. Integrate payment system (bank transfers, USDT, ETH, BTC, etc.). Keep investor list clean (accredited investors preferred for safety).
