We are looking for an experienced in Talos 360 ATS or similar to support a project focused on reviewing, optimising, and enhancing recruitment pipelines, workflows, and automations.
Project Scope:
Review and audit existing Talos 360 ATS configurations, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and optimise recruitment pipelines to enhance candidate tracking and hiring efficiency. Create and implement automated workflows to streamline recruitment processes and reduce manual input. Enhance system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Talos 360 ATS and other HR/recruitment tools. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Talos 360 ATS, strong automation and workflow-building skills, and experience in optimising applicant tracking systems for recruitment teams.
