We are looking to convert our .NET Digital Time Capsule Builder website - built in our own .NET CMS system which is being retired, into a PHP website. See Miigen.com for details of the functionality in Miigen.
Our Family Time Capsule Builder converts your old paper or digital photographs (stored in old cases and shoeboxes in your attic or on old CD Roms, pen drives or other devices) into digital Miigen Moments - which are then enhanced by adding the emotion of the moment via a voice tag. You can chat upload videos to relive forever.
We also have a document manager in the application which stores important document.
There are 5 main elements to the project:
1: Creation and edit of images to create a Miigen memory. The memory can also have a voice tags added on to each image. Memories can also be created from Facebook Post and the Miigen Memory can be shared back on to Facebook.
2: Creation of photo albums which can be used to create memories. Photo Albums can be viewed in a lightbox with Voice tag available to listen to.
3: Memory Library to collate multiple memories.
4: Document manager called Mii-VAULT where folders can be created and document uploaded to them.
5: Time Line for families to view memories each creates.
We also have a family management tool which allows the admin to create invites for family members to join the Family Digital Time Capsule. This is done by email invites.
We will be keeping the existing formatting - with a few wee tweaks - and expect the final converted application to be fully responsive for tablets and mobile devices.
We have our own developers in house, who built the original .NET application. They will be available to share code snippets or other advice on functionality etc.
We will do a full run through of functionality with the successful bidder.
