We seek a contemporary interior layout and visual designs for the workspaces of our expanding business firm. The offices encompass an open concept work area for approximately 15 employees, a medium-sized conference facility, private silence rooms for focused work or calls, necessary lavatory and washing facilities, a staff lounge and bar area, and a communal meeting space. The total floor space available for redevelopment is approximately 200 square meters.
The ideal submission would include detailed floor plans outlining the proposed placement of walls, furniture, and other fixtures within the allotted area to optimize functionality and traffic flow. Accompanying construction specifications listing all intended materials and any structural modifications required would ensure practical and regulatory-compliant implementation. Finally, high-quality 3D digital renderings presenting before-and-after virtual walkthroughs of the open office zone and at least two example individual workstations would help stakeholders visualize and approve the proposed redesign prior to beginning the project.
A focus on incorporating natural lighting, varied work settings, and amenities to foster collaboration, well-being and productivity among employees is preferred. Submissions will be evaluated based on adherence to scope, feasibility, aesthetic appeal, and capacity to meet our envisioned needs for an innovative yet practical work environment suited to our growing operations. We aim to select a design proposal within two weeks to begin renovations by the new year.
