The total floor space available for redevelopment is approximately 200 square meters.

Accompanying construction specifications listing all intended materials and any structural modifications required would ensure practical and regulatory-compliant implementation. Finally, high-quality 3D digital renderings presenting before-and-after virtual walkthroughs of the open office zone and at least two example individual workstations would help stakeholders visualize and approve the proposed redesign prior to beginning the project.
