Expected duration: Ongoing We are a property surveying company in need of a competent administrator who can communicate effectively. The role is likely to require c.2 hours per day, 5-7 days a week (if you don't work weekends that's fine), and if things go well we are likely to need this consistently, or potentially more hours per day in the future as we grow (if you would like).
The following tasks will be required, all of which we can show you how to do before:
1: Input information from leads that potential customers send to us via email (not cold calling as they have requested a quote) into our CRM software provider 2: Call the leads (3 min call max. usually) to ascertain basic info (full address, agreed purchase price, which survey type they require Level 2 or Level 3 (basic understanding of the differences can be explained to you)), and to explain the benefits of what we offer (we will let you know what that is) 3: Email the leads with a quote based on the above and based on our pricing strategy document 4: Chase the leads (call + email) after appropriate time intervals (e.g. after a couple of days) and update the CRM platform with each stage of chasing carried out 5: liaise with surveyors (currently 2) via calendars / email / text etc. 6: liaise with estate agents to arrange access for the surveyors 7: Send terms and conditions documents (after inputting to be provided) 8: send invoices via quickbooks 9: update a workflow tracker excel spreadsheet 10: post report phone call to request a google review 11: possibly other ad-hoc admin duties
