We have previous experience developing similar apps (20+ years ago) that worked on both mobile devices and PCs, utilizing cloud-based algorithms and databases. This new project is relatively straightforward for a competent developer. It requires several rather basic modules: 1. Input detection module for keypresses and swipe gestures 2. Cloud-based algorithm and database integration 3. Text-to-speech control module (potentially utilising existing software) Further development will include fine-tuning, subprogram development, and database management systems.
Initial phase: Discussion of features (over Skype or similar), general planning and alternatives, and perhaps development of demonstration modules.
Python is a potential development language (although obviously not mandatory). Please indicate relevant experience.
