I am seeking a Nominee Director for my UK Ltd company, which is 100% owned by my company (Company B). Due to recent Companies House requirements, the company now needs to have a human director.
The Nominee Director will not be required to perform any day-to-day business-related tasks or decision-making; their role will be purely administrative for compliance purposes.
Important: This project is only open to UK-based responders. Any responses from outside the UK will be reported.
